This thing is no joke!! I even use it while I’m being lazy in bed and just wanna work out my arms or something. That little pose that the girl in the cover of the item is doing gets my heart rate going like no other!!! The quality is very high end. The foam is soft. It’s not difficult to set up either. Definitely worth every penny if you’re someone that doesn’t wanna be going to the gym! Tbh no gym needed when you have this!!!

This is easy to set up, light weight, compact, and provides decent resistance. Every item in the description came in a neat package. The chart is easy to read & provides a well-rounded workout. The resistances bands seem pretty durable, but i dont know how accurate the resistance is. For the price, it doesn't matter. For the last 2 months, I use this 3 times per week with the 20lb resistance band and never felt insecure about the bands popping. This is perfect for a great workout (shakes, sweat, and all). Will definitely reorder if needed!

Would be nice to have a video that goes with the exercise but it’s ok works well.

It’s good and it works really good for Pilates. I woke up the night stayed barely being able to move if you’re gonna get it though get something that goes with it like the card books that show you how to do the workout.

Would have been nice to have more insight as to what each part is for and suggestions how to use it. Step 5? Attach all three bungees at once????? Very lacking in clarity!

Solid product

Started a small tiny gym in my nyc apt and this is perfect for squats. Comes with multiple bands to adjust the strength. Highly recommend if you are starting your gym journey.

The media could not be loaded. Today will mark my first real workout in nearly 6 years so I consider myself a beginner. I received my packet with all the supplies but what I was disappointed to not find a packing list identifying all the parts. It helps to know that you got all your stuff and it also aids in putting things together. I think the instructions could have been a little better but It wasn't hard figuring things out and putting it together. I am excited to use this equipment to get back into the swing of things
