Works great and very helpful when using at home. draining hole is small, water gets a little backed up. Hight is adjustable and tilts as needed.

My wife has limited ability to stand, which is very painful to her. The portable shampoo bowl makes it possible to thoroughly wash and rinse her hair in the most comfortable manner.

We needed this so much for my elderly friend and the only thing that connected right was the basin to the first extension pole.The nuts and screws that came with it do not fit .They are either too short or too narrow.We can’t get the base to stay together and it was a waste of money.The directions ,lol that came with it was a very non descriptive picture that did nothing to help.I only wish I didn’t have to go buy a box as I threw the one it came in out because we will be sending this right back to you to see if you can put it together!

Works great just make sure you have a long sprayer. It doesn't fit right next to the sink.

I’m a licensed cosmetologist and work from home. It’s super useful as long as it’s put together properly and make sure everything is tightened. I love the height and angle adjustments to make sure each client is comfortable. I have trouble with the hose but I figured out how to hook it to the sink for better drainage. Before I figured it out I had a flood in the kitchen. Quite embarassing.

You do get what you pay for, but if you don’t want to pay for something expensive, this does the trick. My mom has Alzheimer’s and won’t let me wash her hair in bed, but also struggle with washing in the sink because it hurts her neck. I purchased a salon style chair, and a camping shower thing and using that with buckets. Then I saw this. Gives her more neck support and keeps her more dry than the previous method. It is wobbly, but it works! I love the tilt options, it took a little while to find what worked best, but now we’re set!
