Great Eco-friendly Purchase!
My son loves the Pura insulated water bottle. It was a little heavy and a little big for him to pick up at first (started using at 5-6 months), but now he does with no problem. No handle hasn't been a problem. We usually put about 100 ml in at a time.Sippy cup silicone lid - We used this a couple times but my son didn't like it.Straw silicone lid - HE LOVES THE STRAW. We have used this option ever since we determined the sippy cup lid wasn't for us. He also chews on it and it has held up fine (about 6 months now!). EDIT: the braces in the lid have broken & we will buy a replacement. It lasted almost a year.PRO - it comes with two inner straw attachments.CON - water leaks (not gushes out but definitely dribbles out if tipped/on its side).CON - The lid that came with the sippy lid doesn't fit well over the straw. It mushes it down and can be made to fit, but is obvious that it wasn't made to do so.Big Mouth Sport Cap - EDIT: It's fantastic. My son is now 16 months old & can drink from it. He is trying to put the cap back on by himself but can't quite do it yet. If it tips over without the lid on it, water does spill out. It doesn't pour out when the lid is on it.Silicone Cover - It is a beast to get on and off the bottle for washing! I think I've only ever taken it entirely off once. EDIT: We've been using it for almost one year and it is still difficult to put on and take off.Silicone Bumpers - These are easy (but not too easy) to take on and off. I'm thankful for them - they prevent dents in the floor and bodies from accidental drops. EDIT: Still really thankful for the bumpers! The actual bottle itself - the inside is really nice. Ounces and Millileters are engraved inside the bottle so you know how much liquid you're putting in. I thought that was a nice feature. We haven't put hot liquid in the bottle, but it has kept the warm water that we put in warm.Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. 😀

Perfect! Solved the issue of the original straw…
The new straw is perfect and solved the issue of the old straw! We love Pura cups, my almost 4 year old son is still using his originals with his younger sister is joining in!

No plastic, love!
We love all pura things. Pretty much leak proof. I love there’s no plastic.

Not leak proof
Biggest bummer that it's not leak proof but we use it because kids can't chew through it.

Works great!
We have the small bottles, so we cut the straws to size. They work great and there’s no spillage at all even if you shake it upside down without the lid on.

Awful New Design
I have the original straw, but it wore out, so I ordered this one. It’s awful. It has no bite valve, so it leaks all over the place and sprays milk or water everywhere. My daughter also can’t sip much out of it. It’s like it stops after a few sips completely and she thinks her bottle is empty. The original was perfect, and it isn’t an option anymore. This is overpriced and terrible.

Perfect
Got a hand-me-down pura kiki bottle and love that it’s so easy to switch out the tops as my baby grows! She loves her water bottle and has taken to straws like nobody’s business!

I like the idea of being able to change the top ...
I’m not a huge fan of these silicon tops. I like the idea of being able to change the top as the child grows. However, the straw top will sometimes cave while drinking and I have to keep unscrewing the top to release the suction. I’ve had the same trouble with the sippy tips. The open mouth top works better in that aspect but is easily pushed in when my 3 yr old pushes the top on. She does do this forcefully because she is 3. Maybe this top will be better when she is older.
