I like that these Nextdia D3 + K2 gummies are so tasty and such an easy way to get your daily dose. I'm just puzzled by the dosage. Two gummies (the daily dosage) contain 5000 IU of D3. The recommended daily upper limit of D3 is 4000 IU. It's relatively safe to take this additional amount, but 100 IU of K2 is the lower side of the RDA for that vitamin. So you're taking a mega dose of D3 and a minimum dose of K2.Regardless, these also supply a few more ingredients to aid your immune system, muscles and teeth. That's a nice bonus.These bottles are double sealed for protection and contain a desiccant packet to help prevent the gummies from sticking together.Oddly, Nextdia has no website and there is no corporate information available on the internet, therefore it is very difficult to learn about the company and claims regarding this product.A simple web search of the address on the bottle results in a home in a residential neighborhood.The gummies feel like a 5 star product, but the dosage and mystery behind the maker forces me to reduce it to 3 stars.
