We purchased for my sons 3rd birthday. It worked after one day but after charging it , it stopped . I sent videos and pictures to the original manufacturer showing how new parts would NOT help repair the new toy vehicle and they sent a new one . It works wonderfully.

We had some issues with a wheel after 6 or so months of use. I contacted the company and they took care of it real quick with parts headed out. Customer service is great!

Helping construct fun memories

This has been great. Battery life is good. The remote is a little touchy, but works well enough. The assembly was a little tricky, so give yourself extra time if its a gift you want to give fully built. My 2 yr old loves it.

If it brakes, which it will. Good luck getting your money back.

DO NOT BUY! Got this for my son. Built it. He used it for 2 hours and the reverse gear stopped working. Wanted to send it back but Amazon says I have to pay for shipping and the company selling the truck will cover it after.Nope. Shipping was $243 with ups which I’ll never see again. They stand behind their product but once it’s time to pay for shipping it back they refused.Cheap Chinese toy that broke the first use. Save yourself the headache and pass on this one.

Better than expected!

Great product delivered by good people. The kids love this truck! We have a couple of other ride on toys but this is the best. The 24V is worth the extra money,We had a problem with the charger light not working and the distributor sent a replacement promptly.

Worth the Purchase! Great customer service too.

My 2 and 4 year old love this dump truck so much! It’s durable, doesn’t get stuck, and has multiple speeds as the kids age or gain better control. I love having the remote control to easily stop the kids or redirect them quickly if I need to. A part on the truck stopped working and we reached out to customer service and got a response within a day but even better they sent the replacement part for free and we got it in a few days! I’m super impressed with the dump truck but was extremely thankful that the customer service was so helpful!
