The best coffee maker. The machine is not the quietest when it’s grinding, but it’s quick and the noise is not long. It holds a good amount of beans and water. I love the custom setting and the option for 2x espresso. The coffee is so well made from this machine, it has cut back my coffee shop runs almost completely. We have used the machine daily for about 6 months now and it’s easy to clean. Easy to use. We love the coffee it produces. And are very happy with our purchase!

The media could not be loaded. I am thrilled to finally have this machine. It makes delicious fresh coffee and milk based drinks. You will see in my video that I add my favorite creamer before my latte brews. I like mine a little sweet, and that’s what works for me. I have bought some organic syrups and can’t wait to try those, too. It has been so much fun and a delicious experience getting to know my machine.I will try to keep my review list short and simple:Pros:*Makes a delicious coffee beverage (haven’t tried iced coffee yet, but I’m certain it won’t disappoint*Reminds you to clean the milk spout with a touch of a button when finished making your milk based drinks, as you will see in my video*Automatically does a quick rinse of the coffee/water spout when turned on or off, as you will see in my video (always keep a small cup there to catch the water)*Allows to reconfigure settings to your preference and memorizes the settings you chose - I.e. more water, less foam, etc. (you can find videos on how to change settings - super easy)*Has a decent sized water tank that provides multiple drinks before filling up again*VERY easy to learn and start making coffee right out of the box (just be sure to follow initial cleaning steps first)*Accommodates whole beans and ground coffee (be sure to read how to do ground coffee, as the machine is supposed to be on, can’t go over a certain amount at a time, etc. - easy to grasp but I want you to get it right)*Alerts when it’s time to refill water tank or remove coffee grounds from its disposal tank.*Very quick process and well worth the drink - it’s definitely a treat for my husband and me.*Has a hot water feature for teas, oatmeal, etc. You pick how much you need (no preset for that, I don’t think). Just be sure to have the hot water spout attached (original spout that you remove to attach the milk container for milk based drinks)*Very hot temperature, which I love. Just be aware and careful when you first brew and take that first sip. Temperature can be adjusted - just watch a YouTube video or read the manual to learn how.Cons:*Ive only found one, and I could be mistaken. But I don’t recall getting an alert when my beans needed refilled. I am new to ground beans and maybe it expects we know how many we should use. I don’t yet know, so I put enough beans in to cover the base. However, I could tell it was out during one of my drinks because I didn’t hear a strong grind. The drink was not good. Not a big deal, but it’s worth calling out if you’re wondering or like me and a newbie to whole beans. We will get it down!I love this machine, and I am so thankful it was on a deal. We splurged and got it for Christmas for us. My advice - don’t wait another morning without this machine. You deserve this; You won’t be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. DEFECTIVE ! NO QUALITY CONTROL! Magnifica Evo Next, Model ECAM31080. It's a $1,102.49 FAIL. Advertised as a fully automated programmable espresso machine. UPS delivered last night. I purchased for regular Lattes - the one it does not make. The LatteCrema carafe milk dispenser is defective, fails to froth or dispense any hot milk! Attempted to use cold whole milk, b/c it should froth better than my preferred 2% milk. As soon as the whole beans in it are gone I'll have to pay extra money for UPS to pick it up to return it to Amazon. It's too heavy for me to pick up & carry (~30 lbs). I have a disability - struggled to get it out of the box & on the counter, only to discover this morning it does not make a Latte nor any coffee requiring hot milk. It's advertised to perform 13 one-touch 'recipes' which are the following: Hot milk, Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, Espresso, Coffee, Long, Hot water and selecting the 'more' button offers 2x Espresso, Americano, Doppio+, Cappuccino Mix, Cappuccino +, and Espresso Macchiato. Although I selected the highest 'Hot' temperature for water in the settings, I'd prefer to have my coffee hotter with hot milk. Since the 'Hot milk' did not work, I do not know if that would have helped raise or further cooled the temperature of the coffee drinks. The Evo claims it's 1250 watts. ☕☹️Anyone have a recommendation?

An outstanding product. Makes fantastic espresso and latte drinks. Can make a simple cup of coffee as well. The size of the unit is surprisingly compact for the power it has. The instruction manual is, however, a little difficult to follow and was written with Metric measurements vs. Imperial. Would be a good idea to have a conversion noted in the instructions. The first few coffees are "hit and miss" which is to be expected. The versatility of the machine makes experimentation necessary. If there's one draw back it's the noise! This machine grinds coffee beans before brewing and dispensing the beverage and the noise of the grinder can be a bit loud. Also, the machine does a "purge" of water before and after brewing which causes an amount of water to come out of the drip nozzles and into the drip tray which then becomes a challenge to empty. Realizing this, I found a small cup under the drip nozzles at startup and shutdown catches the water saving the drip pan challenge. The water tub is adequate and easily removed, however, reinserting it with a full capacity of water can get a bit messy! Still, I am pleased with the product and, in time with trial and error, anticipate I'll be making Coffee Quality drinks!!

This is a great machine and the first we have had of this kind. It has a bit of a learning curve coming from a regular coffee pot and stand alone grinder. I do wish the coffee would come out hotter than it does but I have learned to adjust to that as well as being more cautious of what beans go in the machine. It makes ok coffee but shines in everything else. I will say try different beans and stick to the one that is to your taste. I watched several videos on how to dial down the details as I wasn't getting the right flavor, was bitter, warm, grind number, puck weight and how to break in the machine. Once I got all that down, it is a simple button press for my wife or myself and we can get consistently awesome espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos. We'll worth the money and don't have to leave the house.
