This brand was highly recommended to me for its pure and clean ingredients. I started using it to help me sleep better at night. I was oddly waking up for 1-2 hrs at night for no reason. I have a small child so I didn’t want to take melatonin or anything that would knock me out or make me drowsy if I needed to get up for my 1 year old. The first night I took the suggested dose of 3 pills and slept through the entire night. Since then I’ve just been taking 1 or 2 and still sleeping well! Great product.
