These tablets are big but are easy to swallow as they are coated. I did try a different make of magnesium supplements but very nearly choked on them as they were a similar size but not coated. I threw them away and now I've got these by WISE and they are fine because of the coating, I am very happy to say that I have not had any trouble at all.Restless legs is the reason I take them. They start to work after about one week, from day one my legs start to get less restless until by the seventh day they are not restless at at all.

This product was only good for constipation not for leg cramps as it said, because I wanted something for leg cramps, but helped with my prolapse bowel, thank you

Have taken this for over a month and it hasn't helped. The restless leg syndrome is still driving me crazy.
