Good meat
I went from los angeles up through the pass to lake havasu and then up to north las vegas While towing a hundred pound trailer on a motorized bicycle and almost no signs of wear. No flats. Nothing. If you're gonna cross the desert or kansas, This is a good tire.

It's like having a new bike...
I have an old Marin Bobcat Trail 26" MTB that I dearly love, but I've always felt that the handling could be a bit better in turns and corners and at higher speeds. I finally woke up to the fact that I spend all my time on concrete and hard-pack trails, and probably could improve the ride if I switched out my high-profile knobbies for something a bit less aggressive. So, about nine months ago, after a lot of research and sifting through customer reviews, I bought a pair of 26x2.3 K-Rads. To say it improved my ride is an understatement. It's like having a new bike. The tread pattern is smooth and quiet on the streets, but plenty grippy for the hard-pack dirt and limestone we have around here. The 30-80 lb. pressure range allows me to pressure down (~40 PSI) for more grip on the trails and run high (65-70 PSI) on the streets for great response and low rolling resistance. The folks at Kenda have a great design here. If your riding conditions are similar to mine, I highly recommend you try a pair. My only regret is that I didn't make the switch years ago.

Second Set of K-RADs - First Set lasted Well Over 1000 Miles
Second set of these tires for me.The first pair I bought were in a smaller size 1.95in vs these at 2.3in.I highly recommend these tires. I wrote a review about the 1.95in tires year ago here on Amazon. They lasted several years and over 1000 miles, that is until the rear tire had a sidewall blowout. I replaced it with a different tire and proceeded to wear it out until the front K-RAD tire was KAPUT.Oh man, it's good to have a new pair of these tires back under me. They just feel great again! Since these are a bit taller due to the bigger fatter size at 2.3 inches, I feel like I'm riding just a smidge taller than before. They look good on my bike, and they perform even better! Highly Recommended!

Bailed us out this past weekend.
Bought this for my bride's recumbent BikeE because we live on a gravel road but planned to ride mostly on pavement. The transition is about 2 miles so I figured this hybrid might help. Well as things turnout on a recent trip we took an enticing gravel path through a beautiful canyon and then veered off and ended up on a MTN Bike trail, knowing that the map said it was a loop, we persevered until we "found" our way back. The extra nobbiness of the tire was a life saver. Bear Grylls would be proud!

Good traction
Replacement tires for my older Blix eBike. Fit just fine although a little wider than the stick tires, which I was intentional about. Had to reposition the fenders for a little more clearance but they are a great ride.

Not heavy duty
These tires have unusually flimsy/thin sidewalls. Not very durable. Got another flat within 2 weeks of street rinding. Even with tire liner.I cannot recommend them
