In 2013 I was subjected to large amounts of antibiotics to kill off a perforated appendix, and then more antibiotics when the appendix was removed 6 weeks later. I had lots of trouble with my stomach after that, and was back in the hospital with a bowel blockage 2 months later. The people in the white coats never suggested what a nutritionist finally diagnosed - my 'good' bacteria in the gut had been killed off by all the antibiotics, plus I'd become lactose intolerant.Getting off of milk and taking Trace Minerals probiotics (along with one Flaxseed cap per day) has made all those digestion problems disappear, and I've been taking this probiotic over 5 years now. can't believe the difference this pill has made in my life with celiac disease. Before taking these pills if I ate anything with gluten in it I would break out with bumps. Not anymore . It's almost like a cure. I have even eaten things with gluten in it with no problems..

I tried this per recommendation from a friend. I must say I prefer taking hyper probiotics best. Product was okay.Cons: It made me burp and fart more often than my regular probiotic. I also didn't like having to remember to refrigerate it after each use.

I have been under abnormal amounts of stress due to life situations and my stomach has been bloated and not digesting food for the last 6 months or so. I have been taking this for a couple of days and my stomach is how it used to be 6 months ago. I have been taking other probiotics, but they are 1.5 billion or even 30 billion, but not the 55 billion. I still take the others as well, but with this one, I have noticed the most change. Thank you for this product! Well worth the money I think :).

I wanted to love this product, but it does not work. The cultures are not alive, so it is as if I am taking nothing. I did not notice a difference after taking the product for 30 days. So, I did some research online on how to test your probiotic to see if it was working. It said to put the contents of the capsule in a 1/4 cup glass of milk. If within 24-48 hours it turned into a yogurt like substance, the bacteria was live. If it did nothing and soured or curdled the milk, they were dead. Well, it soured the milk. Canceling my subscription and on the hunt again for a product that actually works.

We used the TM 55 Billion in our probiotic rotation. Was always decent for the price. Now they hiked the cost up 30%! Price per capsule there are many better options around.
