Very cool. I personally use it for shadow boxing, but it for sure can be used to train other stuff like shoulder raises and bicep curls for beginners. Quality also on top.

I bought these for my Mom's Silver Sneakers class. She's petite so size and comfort were a concern. She's a diva too, so there's that.She loves them right out of the box. They are the weight she wanted, she said they were very comfy, and were easy to don/doff. The stitching seems to be of good quality and she said its much easier for her to use these vs 3# dumbbells.
