The arm is great, the 6" length almost meets my need. I have a 2" extension arm I am adding to the setup that will make it perfect.The screw that controls the tightness does a excellent job of securing the GPS tablet, the sockets at either end fit the connection balls great and snug down to make sure nothing moves during normal driving. Big bumps still jiggle things, but nothing is going to stop that short of bolting the tablet directly to the dashboard.

Its genuine RAM quality. A little pricey, but its the real deal.
