First off the packaging is horrible once you open it you can't store it in the package it came with...you'll have to store it in a container that seals properly and it should last you about a month IF in a properly sealed container. FYI the milk tastes awesome..just store it well

Don't have the bag anymore, so I can only give the gist of what it says, but it just reaffirms that people who use Anthony's don't follow orders....and that's a good thing!
