For some time the print quality on our HP had been really poor and we kept thinking the refurb toners were the problem. Searching online hadn't helped then an HP forum post said change the drum. This one is a third of the price of HP's (in itself almost the cost of the printer), so I gave it a whirl and - bingo! - problem solved. Now we have crisp clean print again :-)

Cheaper than the hp version and works just the same I will continue to buy this product very impressed

My biggest worry was that I might purchase this compatible HP laser jet drum, and the HP software might reject it, as it does with non compatible toners these days. My first report is that it fits in perfectly and HP software has accepted the drum as one of its own. At this price, this is a big saving compared to an original HP drum. The print quality has increased immediately and I didn't realise how poor it had become with my old HP original model. Providing HP don't stop these drums from working, I'll be buying more from this brand in the future, although to be fair, I had never heard of this brand before I clicked on the page. As this is supposed to work for 10s of thousands of pages, I would guess the whole printer will die before I will need a new drum again. Printers used to be quite cheap, but like consumable parts like toners for them, they are far more expensive these days.

The fastest and I feel totally secure.
