Q: Will a battery be provided with the unit and will it installed for us as per our requirement?

I had bought this item online from amazon in August 2014. It comes only with the unit and no battery. If you go on the 'essl' company's website, it says that any product bought online will not be given any services and I didn't know that before. So for the installation I had to call the company many many times and it was a big hassle. Then after many days of requesting them for installation they sent a company guy who charged me extra for the software activation and also to teach me how to use it. Per computer activation charges were Rs. 700 including software and any subsequent visits by the said company's person will be chargeable @ Rs. 1500/-. I went through a lot of problems initially but now I have learned to use the software myself and able to implement it in my factory. The cost of the battery pack is Rs. 2000/- + Vat @ 14%. Overall experience was very bad as the company was reluctant to help, so I think it will be better if you buy this product from the company's authorized dealers only who can provide you with the installation, working and guarantees.

Q: Can it be configured with Web Server to monitor attendance?

Yes. We use Keka and it works great with it.
