Q: Does this work for a humminbird helix transducer?

Yes it will work with a helix transducer.

Q: I have a low total scan transducer that camr with the metal transom bracket. Anything extra i need to buy so i can use the transducer with this mount?

Not really. The transducer is a little heavy just make sure you use the rubber adjuster things and you will have to check after a couple hours of ; besides that you should be just fine.

Q: Will this fit in the gear track of my Native Slayer?

Yes. All of the track systems are basically universal. You will have no problem. The “switchblade” offers several mounting configurations, so you have options for width and depth, and it is very sturdy. I’m satisfied with the product. It has exceeded my expectations.

Q: Will this item work with a Garmin CV20 transducer?

I'm not too familiar with Garmin's transducers, but this arm is basically a universal way to mount to your kayak.
